5. For interment and installment lot buyers, inclusive of ₱20,000.00 Funeral Service Benefit during the paying period. Applicable for ages 18 to 74 only.
6. A 2% penalty interest shall be charged for delayed payment.
7. To maintain the beauty of the park, elevated markers, memorial lot edging, and installation of decorative materials such as artificial plants, flowers, flower pots, candle holders, solar lamps, and personal items are not allowed.

Lawn Lot
A Lawn Lot is a 1 meter by 2.44 meters property that allows you two underground interments or in combination with sets of bone remains. It is characterized by a marble marker that comes free, while the lawn itself is maintained by Eternal Gardens through the Perpetual Care Fund. It is the memorial lot of choice of investors.

Garden Property
A Garden Property is made up of four lots. This type of memorial lot has a raised structure not more than 18 inches tall, which takes up 25% of the total lot area. Usually characterized by a marker and marble seats, and can accommodate 8 full interments, the structure is also surrounded by green lawn.

Heritage Estate
The Heritage Estate is sold per block with a minimum of 12 lots. This type of property can be used for both underground and above ground interment, and is characterized by presidential niches (maximum of four), and an 8-foot headstone.

Family Estate
Available in sizes ranging from 18 to 36 lots, Family Estate are designed to accommodate permanent mausoleum structures. Depending on the size of the estate, you can also include amenities like pantry, comfort room, and even a second floor.

Interment Services
Standard Package
An intimate gathering of 50 persons, which is the basic package that comes with all the necessary amenities for the interment.
Prestige Package
For a bigger gathering, this interment package is recommended. It comes with 100 seats for family members and guests.
Elite Package
Give your departed loved one the best gravesite memorial, together with your relatives and friends, through this interment package, which is ideal for 150 people.

Full-service mortuary and chapel facilities are available within the memorial park, ensuring convenience and continuity of service for families.

Cost-effective cremation services are offered, including proper handling and conservation of cremated remains in accordance with standard procedures.

Dedicated services are also available for pet memorial care, providing respectful options for families who wish to honor their beloved companions.
