Are You Afraid to Die? Reflections on Life, Death, and the Peace in Between
In all those conversations, one question keeps coming up silently in people’s hearts:
“Am I afraid to die?”
Over time, I’ve come to understand that this fear is not uncommon. But I’ve also seen how that fear can slowly fade when we open our hearts to truth, reflection, and preparation—both spiritually and practically.
These are some of the life lessons and heartfelt reflections I’ve gathered through my journey of serving others.
They are not theories or ideas from a book. They are real insights—from real people—shared in moments of pain, clarity, and sometimes, transformation. I’ve compiled them with the hope that they would not only speak to your mind but also touch your heart.
My desire is simple:
That these reflections will help you and others embrace peace over fear, faith over uncertainty, and purpose over panic.
That they will encourage you to reflect deeply, live intentionally, and prepare wisely.
⸻
Let faith replace fear. Let preparation bring peace.
Hayaan mong palitan ng pananampalataya ang takot, at ng paghahanda ang pagkataranta.
⸻
If you’ve been wondering when the right time is to talk about your plans, or if you’re simply looking for guidance on how to find peace in the face of death—I want you to know: you are not alone.
I am here to walk with you—through faith, wisdom, and care.
Please take time to read, reflect, and share these thoughts. You never know who else may need hope and encouragement today.
